Furthermore, we use Mailchimp for sending newsletters. Mailchimp is headquartered and has offices in the USA. The servers are also located in the USA. This means that data we process may be transferred to and stored or processed in the USA. 

Finally, we may also share your personal data to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your personal data to provide you with targeted advertising or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
