General Terms and Conditions 

Before you contact us, we expressly advise you to print out the following general terms and conditions in advance for your records! We deal in the trade of used luxury watches and their spare parts. We are not a retail store in the conventional sense. Please understand that for security reasons we do not store any goods in our office premises - if interested, please make an appointment in advance!

General Terms and Conditions (The following terms and conditions also contain legal information about your rights under the regulations on distance contracts and electronic commerce.)

 1. Scope of Application

For all deliveries from Jonathan Schnebel / JMP Watches Munich (hereinafter referred to as: JMP Watches Munich) to consumers (§ 13 BGB), these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. 

2. Contractual Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with: Jonathan Schnebel, doing business as "JMP Watches Munich", Schellingstrasse 109a, 80798 Munich - Bavaria, Germany. You can reach me for questions, complaints, and objections on weekdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the phone number +49 (0) 15231099669 and by email at info@jmpwatches.com.

3. Offer and Steps to the Conclusion of the Contract 

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Errors excepted. 

3.2 In my online offer, I show you the products that you can buy from me. Under each product, there is a button "Request more information". Clicking this button does not yet conclude a binding purchase contract. When you click on this button, I will contact you for further contract negotiation. The purchase contract is only concluded when we agree on it by telephone, email, or personal contact.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Jonathan Schnebel, JMP Watches Munich, Schellingstrasse 109a, 80798 Munich - Bavaria, Germany, +49 (0) 15231099669, and email at info@jmpwatches.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form (open PDF file here), but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which I received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to me without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to me. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. I bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4.2 Please avoid damaging and soiling the goods. Please keep the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. I will arrange for the goods to be collected. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for adequate protection against transport damage to avoid claims for damages due to faulty packaging. 

4.3 Please note that the modalities mentioned in paragraph 4.2 are not a precondition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

4.4 All goods sent to JMP Watches Munich – Jonathan Schnebel are generally opened, checked, and recorded on video by 2 authorized receiving and inspection personnel.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax (possibly differential tax) and other price components. 

5.2 In addition to the prices stated, we charge the following shipping costs for delivery: For shipping within Germany, no flat-rate shipping fee is charged - for goods valued over 25,000.- €, shipping costs must be requested individually. For shipping to other countries of the European Union, no flat-rate shipping fee is charged: - for goods valued over 25,000.- €, shipping costs must be requested individually. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages. For shipping to non-EU countries, a 100 € flat rate for express service applies. For particularly expensive goods from 25,000 €, the flat rate must be calculated individually.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery is made by value transport.

6.2 The delivery time is up to 2-5 days. I point out any differing delivery times on the respective product page.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment is made in advance or in cash upon personal handover.

7.2 With the payment method advance payment, I will give you my bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

8. Reservation of Ownership 

Until full payment, the goods remain my property.

9. Warranty
