Something for the ladies today….

Just catched this beauty in Vienna. What to say? Beautiful City, beautiful watch. A very elegant and classic lady Oyster Perpetual 67193 executed in steel/ yellow gold. This classic ladies watch comes on a jubilee bracelet. Whats so special about this watch from 1989 (Serial: L44xxxx) is the super fresh and complete Rolex service. The watch stayed in a safe for more than a decade and the owners wanted to sell a freshly serviced and working watch. The case of the watch is still super fat, the fluted bezel looks like new and the jubilee bracelet got some fresh look too due to the polishing skills from Rolex. Even though the jubilee shows some stretch, the watch looks like new and the best thing is. It runs like a new watch. Waterproof, Rolex warranty of 24 months, and a beautiful porcelain like dial makes this one here a truly nice catch.

Most of these Lady Oyster Perpetuals or Lady Datejust from such early years have been polished to death since most women were wearing massive jewelery on the same arm while at the same time wearing the watch. With this one here that was not the case. Rolex only polished away some minor micro scratches but no big digs or so at all.

Summary:

If you need a nice present for your wife, this one might be something for you. Yet understatement, this watch still represents the Rolex family in an elegant and classic way.
